These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between 5kdb and any user of its platform. 5kdb is an online gaming and sports betting platform that provides services to users in Bangladesh.

Account Eligibility & Age Requirement

One Account Per Person
Each individual may create only one account. If the same person operates multiple accounts, all accounts may be closed and any balance held may be forfeited.
Accuracy of Information
All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false or misleading information may result in the immediate closure of the account.
Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account login details confidential. Any unauthorized access must be reported to 5kdb immediately. The user is responsible for all activity that takes place on the account.
Deposit & Withdrawal Rules
5kdb handles financial transactions only through digital payment methods available in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks).

Bonus & Wagering Terms
5kdb offers various promotional offers, including a welcome bonus. All bonuses are provided under the terms described below.
4.1 Welcome Bonus
A 100% bonus on the first deposit is provided up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, for a total of ৳2,000; or depositing ৳22,000 gives a maximum bonus of ৳10,000, for a total of ৳32,000.
4.2 Wagering Requirement
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times (15x), calculated on the bonus amount only, not including the deposit. For example: ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = ৳15,000 must be wagered before withdrawing bonus winnings.
Bonus Usage Rules
- Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless the promotional terms state otherwise.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — the wagering requirement must be completed first.
- A bonus may only be usable on specific designated games.
Reasons for Bonus Cancellation
- Claiming bonuses from multiple accounts.
- Providing incorrect or false information.
- Obtaining a bonus by exploiting a system error.
- Violating the terms of a promotion.

Prohibited Activities & Related Rules
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 5kdb platform. Violating these rules may result in immediate account closure and legal action.
Money Laundering
Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity is strictly prohibited. 5kdb reserves the right to notify the relevant authorities.
Fraudulent Activity
Bonus abuse, chargeback fraud, gaining advantages through multiple accounts, or any other form of fraudulent conduct is prohibited.
Automation & Hacking
Using any bot, script, software, or hacking tool to exploit system vulnerabilities is prohibited.
Minors' Access
Creating or operating an account on behalf of a person under 21, or assisting minors in accessing the platform, is strictly prohibited.
Privacy & Data Protection

Account Suspension & Closure Policy
5kdb may temporarily suspend or permanently close a user's account in the following circumstances:
- Violation of any clause of the Terms.

- The user themselves requests account closure.
- A self-exclusion request is made under the responsible gaming policy.
- Extended period of inactivity (where applicable).
If an account is closed, the support team must be contacted regarding the withdrawal of any verified balance. However, in the case of an account closed due to a breach of terms, pending bonuses and winnings may be forfeited.
Limitation of Liability
5kdb is not responsible for the following:
- A game being interrupted mid-session or a bet being lost due to an internet connection failure.
- Any loss caused by a problem with the user's device or software.
- Issues arising from delays or failures on the part of third-party payment service providers.
- Loss resulting from an unauthorised person accessing the user's account.
